NOTICE OF ASSET TRANSFER REQUEST
An asset transfer request has been made to Aberdeenshire Council under Part 5 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
The request has been made by Alford Men's Shed and relates to the old Council Garages, Alford.
The request is for lease of the old Council Garages.
The proposed use of the Old Council garages building would be for community storage.

Anyone may make representations about this request to Aberdeenshire Council by completing the survey form below.

Notification and Representations – A minimum period of 20 working days is provided for public comments. Any representations received will be copied to the Community Body for their comments.
Community Body – will also have at least 20 working days in which to provide their comments. The representations and any comments will then be published online.
Decision-making process – Representations along with other key information submitted will be considered before a written report will be presented to the relevant Area Committee for determination.
