The development of a Place Strategy is one of Aberdeenshire Council’s Strategic Priorities agreed as part of our Council Plan 2022-27. Our Place Strategy will explain how the Council and our partners will achieve the vision and objectives for Aberdeenshire. At the heart of the Place Strategy will be the current and future needs of our communities.

 The Place Strategy will be supported by a framework of Place Plans and we need your help to develop and inform our Strategy. You will also have an opportunity to get involved and have your say when we develop our Place Plans.
